Sports basics aim to develop teachers’ depth of knowledge and understanding of Gymnastics, through the delivery of NGB courses for teachers, giving them technical information and confidence in delivery.
Each course will engage and involve candidates, build confidence in the approach to Gymnastics and will develop the necessary skills required to teach set moves, to incorporate apparatus and sequencing into lessons,

to understand and underpin good body management, to identify and remedy common faults and to develop subject knowledge for further skill acquisition courses.
All modules take into consideration the age and stage of development of each individual child. All our course leaders are highly qualified in Gymnastics and the needs of the teacher, delivering up-to-date advice and guidance with a fresh and enthusiastic approach.

We offer inspirational ideas, with tried and tested strategies for improving the quality of learning.
Teachers who successfully complete the course will receive an accreditation certificate along with a Resource Pack containing helpful, practical tips. We will not be beaten on price.
